Some while ago I got a really enthusiastic mail from Andrea that she found a fantastic Garage with al lot of Landrover experience. We met each other at the Land Rover course. I went to this course in November to prepare myself for our trip to China with our Landy. She’s driving an old Land Rover Serie and had to deal with some engine problems.... Also she was/is a novice like me, when it comes about Land Rover technique and looking for a good garage.
So she told us, if we are ever looking for space, tools and guidance to repair Landies we have to go to this place. And so we did!! So this weekend we went to Land Rover Unlimited to make some appointments to prepare our Landy for our trip. We had a very warm welcome and they were absolutely very enthusiastic about our plans and most of all our car! Of course there is still work to be done for such a trip and we are planning to do the most of the reparations and preparations in February so we hope to be ready somewhere in the beginning of March.
And maybe the best thing of all is: they let me help them to prepare our car. This is for me of course an excellent way to get some Land Rover technique experience. Which we’ll definitely need during our trip to the east!
